RIPTA TO HOLD COMMUNITY MEETING TO DISCUSS KENNEDY PLAZA UPDATES

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) and the RIPTA Riders Alliance will hold a community meeting to provide an update to the public on the changes happening in Kennedy Plaza. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 5PM to 6PM at the Providence Foundation, 30 Exchange Terrace, Providence, RI. The discussion will include updates on the layout of new bus stops, designs for new shelters and signage, and management of the space. City of Providence staff will be on hand to answer any questions related to the ongoing construction.
