The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) announced today that with the reopening of the Tidewater Drive Bridge, Route 3A (Warwick Ave.) will resume regular service to Warwick Neck on Monday, February 15, 2016. Route 3A has been on detour since the bridge closed for construction on Sunday, September 21, 2014.
